From the moment your insurance company provides you with an estimate of damage, we will be an advocate for you in repairing your vehicle to its pre-crash condition.
Our body shop crew have over 60 years of combined experience between them, and they are dedicated in providing you with high-quality repairs.
We are committed to providing a stress-free experience to both new and returning customers. Our shop only uses quality replacement parts to insure your vehicle is repaired back to its pre-loss condition. PPG and Flick's Collision will stand behind our paint work with a limited life-time guarantee as long as you own your vehicle. Certain requirements and conditions apply.
This process involves disassembling, repairing or replacing damaged panels and parts on your vehicle. If required, during this stage of repair we estimate any additional parts and labor required to properly repair your vehicle. If additional repairs are required we contact either the insurance company or owner, and submit a repair supplement prior to starting additional work.
The refinishing process involves preparing the repaired body panel surfaces to be painted, applying the appropriate primers and sealers. The final step is to color match the paint, and apply the base color and clear coats. It may also be necessary to blend the adjacent panels to achieve a proper match. Our service advisors can provide more detail on this process.
Our polishing processes vary depending on the type of damage being corrected. Minor paint scratches or scuffs may be eliminated by using multiple polishing steps. In some circumstances, scratches may be too deep and cannot be removed without refinishing the damaged area.
